Engineered Manufacturing: Every hydraulic fitting is precision-machined using CNC lathe machines for thread and inside bore to ensure the tolerance ±0.1 mm and validated against Parker Hannifin and Eaton's benchmarks. For hexagon or flange clamp we have machines for customized process.

A hydraulic hose fitting is a connector on the end of a hose used to connect a hose to other equipment, usually to connect with another hose or with a tap or a hose appliance. It is usually made of steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminium or plastics. Hydraulic hose fittings are widely used in various industrial and living occasions, such as the transportation of gas and oil, hose replacement, pipeline systems, etc.

The hydraulic hose fittings consists of a metal pipe body, a stainless steel wire cap and a fitting. In the ship piping system, it is mainly used for the connection between the pipeline and the equipment. It can compensate for a certain relative displacement and play a role in reducing vibration and noise. However, if the selection is improper, it will not only fail to achieve the effect of vibration isolation and noise reduction, but will also cause pipeline leakage and even equipment failure due to damage to the fittings.
The selection of metal hoses mainly includes the correct selection of parameters such as diameter, connection type, working pressure, temperature correction, minimum bending radius and hose length. The diameter, connection type and working pressure directly depend on the requirements of the pipeline system, and generally there will be no problem. The temperature correction and minimum bending radius are fixed for the product and are given by the manufacturer. The problem often encounter is the selection of the length of the fittings. A fitting that is too long will cause instability, increase flow resistance, and cause additional mechanical damage and vibration problems. A fitting that is too short may not achieve the purpose of compensation, vibration reduction and noise elimination, and may also cause excessive bending stress and affect its life.

Threaded fittings: It is connected by threads between two conical or flat ports, and is commonly used for the transportation of fluids such as gas and oil.
Clamp fittings: The hose is put on the connecting pipe body through a clamp, which is suitable for occasions where the hose needs to be replaced frequently, such as the transportation pipelines in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Flange fittings: It is connected by bolts between two flat flanges, and has the advantages of bearing large loads, bearing pressure and preventing leakage. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum and other fields.
Metal hose fittings: It includes ferrule fittings, self-fixing fittings, 90-degree fittings, Y-shaped fittings, Tee fittings, stainless steel fittings, etc., which are suitable for different installation conditions and use environments.
