Reliable Materials: We rigorously select our raw material suppliers and accept only high quality carbon steels with high intensity and corrosive resistance performance. We select FKM or NBR O-rings and sealings with certified supply chain include ISO 9001-audited mills to ensure the sealing under high temperature or pressures. Each metal billet undergoes spectrometer testing for tensile strength (≥600MPa), yield stress(≥355), elongation(≥16) and reduction(≥40) before production.

Engineered Manufacturing: Every hydraulic fitting is precision-machined using CNC lathe machines for thread and inside bore to ensure the tolerance ±0.1 mm and validated against Parker Hannifin and Eaton's benchmarks. For hexagon or flange clamp we have machines for customized process.

Salt spray test: White zinc coating(Cr3+)(8-12μm) no white rust after 120 hours and no red rust after 300 hours; Zinc-Nickle alloy coating（8-10μm）no white rust after 480 hours and no red rust after 720 hours

Then they will be sent to check their tolerance.
Finally they will be sent to evaluate their outer and inner performance.

Hydraulic hose assemblies‌ refers to a complete fluid delivery system composed of hoses, fittings and other related accessories.
